How it works
A five-week follow-up
The program runs over five weeks. Each week we focus on one pillar in a 45-minute session, then you put it into practice while we adjust together as your body responds. By the end, the five pillars are no longer a plan you follow; they are simply how you live.
The five pillars we move through
Stress Management
We begin here, because chronic stress quietly overrides every other effort you make. The work is to widen the space between a trigger and your reaction, so you move out of survival and back into balance.
Detoxification
Your body can only release what it can first move. Before anything else, we open the pathways and clear what burdens you, so the body can finally let go.
Circadian Rhythm
What you do matters, but when you do it matters just as much. When your inner clock is in sync, your energy, digestion and sleep move together; when it drifts, the whole body feels it.
Fuel
Nutrition, hydration and supplementation are the raw materials of vitality, chosen for your body rather than from a rulebook. We feed the terrain so it has what it needs to rebuild.
Movement
Movement is how your lymph flows, your muscles stay strong and your body ages with grace. The right rhythm keeps your energy and metabolism high, without draining the reserves you are working to restore.
