My journey into health started as a competitive Latin American dancer.
While completing my bachelor's degree in kinesiology, I became deeply committed to dance and began training at a highly competitive level. I trained intensely, under-ate without realizing the impact it would have on my body, and eventually lost my menstrual cycle for nearly three years.
What began as a missing period evolved into weight gain, anxiety, and a diagnosis of PCOS.
When I sought help, I was prescribed the medication metformin, but I knew that wasn't addressing the root cause of what had led to my hormonal imbalances in the first place.
Determined to find answers, I took my health into my own hands. What started as a personal search for healing completely changed the direction of my life. I shifted my career path and began studying naturopathy, immersing myself in the study of nutrition, hormones, and the foundations of natural health.
Along the way, I learned the fundamentals of health that no one had ever taught me: the power of the sun, proper nutrition, and real hydration, just to name a few.
As I applied these principles, my cycle returned, my hormones rebalanced, the weight came off, and I finally felt like myself again.
That experience changed everything. It led me to become a naturopath and sparked a passion for helping others understand what I wish I had known sooner: that the body has an incredible capacity to come back into a state of balance when given the right conditions.
Today, I combine my background in kinesiology, naturopathy, and my lifelong fascination with human performance, biology, and health optimization to help people address root causes and create lasting vitality.
